The next version we’ll be exporting is for Meta Quest. It involves changes because Quest currently can’t play 4320 × 4320 HDR video at 90 frames per second — and there are significantly more people on Meta Quest than on Apple Vision Pro. I’d like the content to reach them.
HDR → SDR
In the Color Management step we created (and immediately disabled) a timeline-level node that converts the color space to Rec.709 with Gamma 2.4. Enable it now.
90 FPS → 60 FPS
[Need to research how to do this.]
Fisheye → semi-equirectangular projection
There’s a “VR180” preset in DaVinci Resolve that seems to do this.
